The Boss max mcgill Hires does not respect employees and he hires people with CNA certfication The man in charge of giving medication to residents does not know what is he doing and his giving medication to residents that don't belong to them in other hand he is using drugs as well other employees, If you have any of your love ones there I would recomend that you check on them more frecuntley I think paying over or almost 3000 dlls. they can have a better treatment. The food they serve is awful maybe jail gives better food. You can go or ask some of the employees if they have a CNA certification. You can go on wendsday or saturdays when Mandy norton is not there. There are some employees that been there for years and he pays them the minimum wage for a hard job they perform there is new personel that it was hire 2/3 months ago and they make 9/10 hr not fair where is the equal oppurtuniuty.
