I financed a little over $3000.00 worth of merchandise in september. Ive been making over and above payments til now, february. I was contacted by the finance company and ashley furniture 3 times in one day by messages asking how I liked my newly purchased merchandise. Upon recieving my bill the same day, found I was charged over $1500.00 for a new purchase one week earlier, that I had never made. I went straight to the store to tell them I never made a purchase only to have the very rude, unprofessional manager tell me they must have not charged me the full amount more than six months earlier, so they just charged it to my account. He told me it was my fault because I should have
realized it was wrong! Even after the total amount the sales rep told me, was the same amount that THEY sent to the finance company. But he said it was my fault so now, over six months later, they just add $1500.00 to my account!!! I dont think so!!! I will NEVER buy anything else there again!!!
