I wish that those who complain about this specific franchise can echo me and file a class action against them.
My husband and I had our teeth clean in their Concord Office. It was painful. The technician sprayed water all over my face and eyes during the clean. We felt enormous pain during cleaning. My husband even needed to take pain killer for two days after that.
Recently one of my crown cracked. In the first visit with them, the doctor said that she would put a temporary one for me for the next visit. In the visit, the other doctor said that the remain of my tooth is cannot hold a crown. I need to pay over 50K for either an implant or a bridge. Alternatively, I can choose a gum surgery, which cost tens of thousands. I said that I cannot afford any of them. He then said that I can use a flipper.
I ran out of choice but the flipper. He sent a nurse or technician to make the impression. After the impression was done, the molding material was all over my face, hair and glasses. I was in a mess and all the technicia gave me is a sheet of kitchen towel.
The flipper of a single tooth + less then 10 minutes of doctor diagnose cost me $500 bucks. The flipper is so uncomfortable and bulky that my tongue cannot turn at all. The doctor cut part of the fake gum on the spot and suggested to do either implant or surgery.
He told me that implant will take months. I decide to leave and come back later with a formal complaint.
