I was contacted by telephone by this company offering me a "trial offer" of their product, the "smokeless cigarette", extra filters, and a bonus $25.00 Walmart gift card, just for trying their product, for the incrediably low price of $9.95 + shipping and handling...This offer was made to me in August of 2009, and since then my account has been charged a total of $239.70, with three seperate chages of $79.90 each! I have since contacted this company and was told that if I returned their product to them my money would be promptly refunded! I mailed the product, (unopened) back to them one month ago, and have still not seen my account refunded! I have also never received the promised Walmart gift card, and when I asked them about that, they said that they had no control over that part of the offer! My husband and I are on a fixed income and can certainly not afford to be taken advantage of by this sort of misrepresentation and deceipt!
