Received a letter from Asset acceptance, LLC on Oct. 7, 2010 stating i had an outstanding balance on an AT&T account that was opened on August 1, 2004. I called AT&T and they could find no outstanding balance or even a record of an account ever being opened with them. They stated they would have a record of an account being sold to a collection agency and they do not.
