Purchased several Astar LCD 19" TV's and had problems with two units. Called Astar tech support and asked for a return authorization. They said they would fax me a return authorization and shipping label.

I waited 10 days and never received anything. Called back and was told they could not find the records. I gave them the information, and they said they would fax the return labels and authorization. It never came. I called my sales rep where I purchased the unit. I finally received the promised fax. I returned the units, and have not heard from them since. I call and no one returns my calls. Astar Electronics sells an inferior product and their warranty is a joke. Don't buy Astar products if you dont want to throw your money away.
