I am sharing my experience with Aster Clinic and Hospital. I was in good impression that Aster is providing very good care even some of my friends gave poor review I thought to go ahead with Aster only as we are regular visitors of clinic for normal cases.

During my wife pregnancy I consulted Aster Clinic in Qusais and I got very good welcome and positive response from Dr. Latha Vimal but due to no facility availability I decided to move to Hospital which was my bad decision.

We had taken appointment with Dr. Sejal Surti and were there as per the appointment. During scan we came to know that we had twins which Dr. Latha Vimal was not able to identify during 1st scan which was 10 days before the current scanning.

We had so many questions to ask as the case was bit complicated but the response from Dr. Sejal was very poor and unprofessional. Her final answer was IF IT WILL BE CRITICAL IN FUTURE WE WILL ADVICE TO GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY for further procedure.

Dear Dr. Sejal we are in Dubai where world class services are available and you are advising patient to get future treatment to other country I guess it shows your capability and knowledge.

Moreover we noticed that she has too much attitude. Aster's punch line is WE TREAT YOU WELL. ohhh come on.

Dear Dr. Azad ( Chairman of Aster) please change your punch line and hire some staff who will care the patient really in good and polite way. Your supporting staff is good but they are not the people who will do the treatment.
