I flew to Mexico on the 11th of February and when I was about to go home on the 26th of February I did not have any reservation. When I arrived at the airport in Guanajuato Leon Mexico they told me that I was no longer "in the system". I could proof I they could also see that I had paid for my ticket, however I did not have a reservation. The plane was full and there where no other departures that day, so I had to wait another 24 hours in Mexico.

When I finally left Mexico on 27th on February, I was told to pick up my boarding card for my final flight from Frankfurt to Stockholm. Once again I was no longer "in the system" and had no reservation. At Frankfurt airport I had to go to a special counter to pay a rebooking fee of 100 Euros, to be able to go home.

I want you to find out what went wrong. I want compensation for being one day delayed and also for having to pay that extra rebooking fee.
