Paid monthly insurance fees for my 2-year contract Verizon phone. Touch screen goes blank after 1 year, phone stops working completely after 1.5 years...Decide to pay the $50 deductible for a replacement phone from Verizon's insurance provider, Asurion. Asurion SENDS ME A REFURBISHED, USED PHONE! It LITERALLY falls apart, in my hand, 2 days after I received it! SO, for $150.00 (monthly insurance plus deductible) I get a peice of junk. Better off NOT wasting money on insurance. If phone breaks, buy a refurbished one off of the internet for $50. I've done that before and the phone arrives in perfect condition and lasted until Verizon "allowed" me to purchase a new phone (The end of the 2-year agreement)...What a joke!
