Yeah..im sure most of you have a protection plan or insurance for your mobile device associated with your provider. Most likely ASURION, i know Sprint and T Mobile use this company. I Have a SPRINT HTC TOUCH PRO 2 purchased brand new..had for about a year, a few drops caused slight trim damage/scratches, but not enough to make me pay the outrageous $100 deductible that is required for a replacement of your device. THAT FIRST OFF IS B.S.!!! u pay monthly for the protection anyway!!! Then a biking accident caused my screen to crack like a spider web..but operation of touch screen was still ok. Decided to go ahead and make a claim. Went well over phone and recieved ''New'' device within 48hrs. This phone came as bare as a bald dog taped to a piece of cardboard in a very low quality thin ASURION Box. Took it out at first glance looked pretty new but obviously refurbished. Then went to install a screen protector which i bought seprately weeks before (No screen protector or any accessories came with asurioin) only to find the bottom of the phone was cracked!!! Then Noticed the USB PORT was also BENT!! and the Headphone jack was clogged with DUST!!! F THIS COMPANY and all its crooked employees!!! Called back and DEMANED A NEW and NOT REFURBISHED phone..we will see what happens.
