I use Verizon Wireless and have the Asurion Insurance Service. I received a replacement phone just 1 week ago and it is not good quality! The sound is so muffled it sounds like someone standing too close to a microphone and the picture taking is not fully functional. I am unhappy with this replacement and do not have any numbers to call to rectify this problem. Please help, or at least warn others of this "shotty service"
