I was suggested by AT & T to go paperless, I went to their site and started to fill in the forms with my email address but I changed my mind on going paperless because I saw that I had to remember myself the due date and did not finish the forms. When I received my phone bill from AT & T I saw a charge of 14.95 from a company called Instant 411, Inc. that I never heard before and when I filled in the forms for AT & T that name did not appear anywhere on the forms. When I called AT & T, they said that I have filled the forms to agree to that service and charge me two months in a row for the service that I am not aware of and never use. I think that it is a shame from the part of AT & T to make money that way.
