The debit card used to make payment was never used - there is no record of an attempted payment at the bank from Vesta. However, the phone company sent me a collection notice stating that I am being charged for nonpayment of a debt. I abhor this charge; I detest this, because it is not true.

Also, when I attempt to upload again, the Vesta refuses to do so, because of nonpayment. When I try to pay with a debit card from the same account, it is decline - they say by the bank. Not true, checked with bank; they are no holds on that particular account nor NSF activity during this time.
