We bought a jar of Atalanta company's Del Destino Roasted red peppers, at our local Costco. We used about half of the bottle before finding a worm/caterpillar in the peppers. the worm was in fine shape, except for the fact that it was dead (poosibly of drowning.). My question is- if these are ROASTED peppers, where did the worm/caterpillar come from? Shouldn't it be roasted as well? How did it get there? Made us both pretty sick.

I DID write to Atalanta, but received no response at all. I figured maybe other folks would want to know about this also.
