I have not recieved the rebate. It has been three months now. I DID do exactly as the paperwork requested. Last time I checked the rebate process it told me it was processing. Today I checked it and it says no rebate on file/could by found either by the phone number or by my name. What gives? I had to pay $100.00 for the silly modem and the sales agent assured me this could cover the cost of the modem. Now I am stuck with their stupid modem. I will call customer service and demand a refund tomorrow.
