We have had trouble with our rural service for a long time. They come, but it is never fixed. Static is so bad, you can't talk to anyone and the phone just cuts off sometimes when we are talking. To call them, you better be prepared to have an hour to kill anyway. Online is just as bad, they don't give you any satisfaction there. I wish we had more options for phone service... at&t is pathetic.
