I submitted a rebate request for my modem on February 13, 2007. When I checked on it at the end of March the AT&T agent said the check for $50.00 would be mailed on April 27, 2007. When I called yesterday I was treated with abuse by the rebate center and I asked to speak to a supervisor she said that she could not refer me to a supervisor because she would be fired. She had an attitude and was rude. My mother was retired from AT&T when service was important and treating the customers with respect was paramount. I'm now being told that my rebate will not be received for another 2 to 3 weeks.
