AT&T Phone / MCI Long Distance Service - San Francisco Calif.

I am billed twice each month for two long distance services and when i complain it falls on death ears mci says its at&t problem at&t says its mci and i am caught in the middle paying for two long distance carriers that i never authorized. Filed a complaint with the California public utilities commission, however they have done nothing at all maybe they are collecting a little side money to turn the other way. I am now in the process of changing the phone service all together. No one does nothing when you complain.
