AT&T has been seeling faulty Sony Ericson w580i's. Many people have ha dthe same problem, where it shuts off and will not restart. Nothing fixes it and there is no knowledgable cause. It flashes a red light behind the clear button, and all AT&T will do is replace it if it is still under warranty. This phone should be recalled and, for future reference...DO NOT BUY ONE!!!
