In mid October I switched from Time Warner phone, TV and internet to ATT/Dish TV. My representative was Heather Young from your Charleston, SC operation. I contracted for the above services and was promised rebate checks of $125.00 and 2 $50.00 checks. I received in the mail directions for how to get the 2 $50.00 checks but nothing for the $125.00 amount. My registration number is AA000E400101. I would appreciate your earliest attention to this matter.
