I ordered phone/internet service and was told that I was going to receive a rebate of check of $150.00 and my bill was going to be approx. $75.00 a month.The woman I was speaking with also informed me that I would not be charged for anything else (modem/cables/installation etc. because she had coupons that would take care of all that.I waited on my rebate for about 5 to 6 weeks and nothing ever came so I called them to ask about it and I got the runaround.I only had the service for about 1 month and received a bill for $179.92.I called them to ask about my rebate so I could use it towards the bill and they told me that I had to call the rebate center.I called to cancel my service and they informed me that now I am not eligible for the rebate because my service is not active. (Please help the small guy)
