I should've came here and read about their ways. Salesperson said I can get a certain contract but on the first bill it'll show such and such and will take a few cycles to adjust to what I had ordered (because apparently it won't print in time to adjust). I said OK, I'll place the order. Before my first month was up, I decided to call them to adjust my bill accordingly to reflect my contract instead of paying more in taxes, to my surprise CS person told me I was not under a contract and that no such plan was offered in my area. My confirmation code was just a confirmation code that I had place an order for the overpriced internet they are offering. They offered me a higher speed plan at a reduced cost again but it will reflect in the next few billing cycles. Same story the first CS rep told me when I first ordered. Whatever I'm sick of their shit.
