I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed the food. There are two waiters that are very unprofessional and quite rude. I don't know their name but one of them is old, maybe in his late 50's and the other waiter is short & old, probably in his 60's. While the food is great, you usually end up having a bad experience with one of these waiters. You must also be careful if you come in with a large group of people. One of these waiters has already done this twice to me. They add 20% gratuity to the check but they don't inform you that the gratuity is already included, thus the waiter makes a 40-50% gratuity. I always tip 18-20% regardless of the poor service, but in my opinion this is the same thing as a SCAM when a waiter conveniently declines to inform you of the tip already included. This is a SCAM and should be punished. This is a regular routine at this restaurant because I have other friends and business colleagues that have been swindled by this tactic. With all due honesty, these waiters don't even deserve a 10% tip becuase the majority of their work is being done by the young woman & older woman, or one of the other waiters. I really like this place but the waiters I mentioned give you a bad taste in your mouth. Unfortunately, I will not return to this place ever again !!
