Not dispensed amount Rs.15000/-
Sir,

DISPUTE OF Rs.15000/- WITH ATM CARD,
SB A/C .NO.01261150033782, HDFC, SAINIKPURI, HYDERABAD

The amount Rs.15, 000 (Fifteen Thousand only) was not dispensed at IOB ATM, Sattankulam, Tamil Nadu dated on 14 Sep 2009. But the amount was debited from my account. I have given the complaint at HDFC, Tirunelveli and filled the ATM Dispute form on 15 Sep 09. The bank told that the amount will be credited back in 15 days. I did not get back the amount till date.

I did not get any information from the bank yet so far. I want to know the progress of the case, whether the complaint of ATM Dispute Form submitted in the HDFC Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu was processed further or not. If it is not please advise me what to do next.

Please do the needful to get back the amount be credited back to my account.
