I used the atm machine at 27-20 Queens Plaza .L.I.C., NY. at 8:00pm. I got a receipt for the first transaction that didn't go through. When I entered again for $80.00 the machine did not dispense my money nor did it give a receipt. I checked my account and the money was taken totalling $81.60 that I did not receive. Calling the phone numbers posted and only getting an answer machine or disconnected. On the websit stated 24 hour customer service. I would like my money refunded to me and a reliable telephone number or person to speak to. I can be contacted at 347-612-1197. This is being sent on 5/20/2010. I would like an immediate response. The machine th come back on and lights up and then goes off again. The machine took my money immediately, but to get resolution and a solution was not available to me .Thank you
