In the last week of august i called to get DSL set up well they said due to my credit they needed $50.00 for a deposit (i have wonderful credit) and they could not give me an answer of what your credit score needed to be in order to not have a deposit. I gave permission to ONLY take the deposit from my account and i was told that i WOULD be billed for my monthly payments... well after a month went by i saw a 84.79 withdrawn from my account without my knowledge nor permission when i tried to contact someone letting them know this was illegal, i was hung up on 3 times, told i had the wrong department 4 times and numerous other things the 18th person i spoke with said due to my "credit" i was put on automatic pay (again i have a great credit score). i was so mad a cancelled the service. and will NEVER deal with AT@T again.
