U-Verse service is not yet ironed out, It will be a good service after about 5 years. I should have know something was up when the supervisor came on the line to make sure you wanted to order it. (Shauld have been a hint) It takes between 4-6 hours to install, and watch how many holes they put in your walls. Also in the day of HD, in most areas you can only watch one HD tv at a time. Also get some signal problem when viewing. I think I will stick with ole comcast for now, even though it is antequated. At leas you dont have many problems.
