Anyone thinking of purchasing from this company SERIOUSLY needs to BE WARNED! I ordered 2 ATV for my children before Christmas. Paid $1500 with the $100 x 2 extra shipping charges and $100 x 2 rush charges to arrive by Christmas. They arrived in time but guess what I got? NOT WHAT I ORDERED! NO FOOT BRAKES! The ATV's ordered were to be new Hanma ATV with foot brakes. So we spent the time opening the boxes and assembled to display them for Christmas and soon found out both were not what we ordered. These have no foot brakes for my children. One had a broken front rack that apparently was a return because the bolts were stripped and one wheel had a broken off stripped screw where a lug bolt should be. The other has scratches all over the front end and won't stay running. I called them immediately after and was told they were 'on holiday until after the 1st of the year'. We tried starting both and ran one for about 10 minutes and the back wheel got so hot the brakes released a horrible burning odor. Then the rear wheels would not turn. The 2nd ATV never stayed running. I called and called, emailed pictures and opened work order tickets and was told since they were 'out of the ATV I ordered they have the right to replace with an equal or upgraded ATV'. They also said 'IF YOU OPEN THE CRATE YOU CANNOT RETURN THE ATV' Well the ATV they said they gave me 'an upgrade to a new Hanma ATV -09' on still had no foot brake. Look at the website. It clearly shows a footbrake and this is why I purchased them. Obviously I received outdated left over ATV's. Nice huh? Since January 8th I have not heard back from them as if I would just go away. Every reply is 'we're looking into it' Well here we are May 10 2009 and still the 2nd ATV never ran and the 2nd can only be ridden for 10 minutes until the rear wheels lock up. I dont recommend this company or their products to anyone! BEWARE! DONT OPEN THE CRATE OR YOU KEEP IT NO MATTER IF THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG PRODUCT!

I got the atv I bought - but there's a story to go with it. I contacted atvdiscounters but got switched somehow to readytoridepowersports and doug dahle - there's some relationship but i don't know what. atvdiscounters is a corporation - an LLC in texas, but I can't get anything on 'em from the texas government. readytoride is a dba, they say...and i also can't get anything on 'em either. i had to pay for the get-ready, so there's a deception there - they will not sell without that so it's part of the price. they built a nice crate, nice but sloppy. the atv is ok, but they did a really bad job, really really bad, of getready. list of what i had to re-do is too long to give here. although i like the atv i will not be doing business with these people again.

Well it has been 8 weeks since I placed my order for a dirt bike and an ATV...nothing!!! I cannot get in touch with anyone!!! All voicemail boxes are full!!! No returned emails...but they got my cash!!! I was referred to them by Trevor from Budget ATV because they were out of stock and supposedly sold to ATV Discounters.com! What a scam! I spoke to Steve from ATV Discounters who assured me they had the color and model in stock of the dirt bike and ATV I wanted! I have seen nothing but a bill from my credit card company... I am now pursuing as FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY LIE!!!

It looks like Budget ATV is also part of their scam!!!

I just wanna say that I bout a motor scooter from atv and they saw me 4 times with issues that havent been resolved and now they charged my american express 1800.00 as well as my bikes been in the shop for over a month and they havent given me any paperwork or anything. My bike had 120 miles on it and was poorly put together . I picked my bike up there . When I had it towed back there they said they would call when it was complete and I havent herd a word about it since . Well just dont make the same mistake that I did . I feel trully scammed... No money and no bike..

I Bought A go kart 250 gk10 in may never got it till july no instuctions and sure wasnt 95% together any ways.after putting it together we rode it one day and the slowdown gear exploded in the caseing it took two months for them to even reply then my wife who works as a attorney found there number to there corp office, I called many times only to never get phone calls not returned, (like always) the president (sheri) would never return my calls for those out there here is the # (817-717-7012). I finally got a hold of Rob parst MGR who was a big help at first but then went sour he sent me a new motor only to find out it doesnt run now Iam spemding money to get this thing fixed only to find out once agian nothing working it still does not run its been going on 5 months and this thing is still not running my warranty is running out and my kids just look at this go kart sitting in the garage not running.
