Atv discounters sold mea atv last may 1 09. It has been almost 3 months and still no atv. I have called them and emailed them many times about the atv but you cannot get anybody to anwser the phone . It is obious theyare hiding and have keep my money. I did some checking at U.S attoneys office in dallas and found out the company was dissolved as of july 8th and almost every one was suppose to go but there most be a few left that are still trying to sell atvs at 11225 n. stemmom fwy. Has anybody gone down to this place . If anybody has pls let me know becease if they are they are selling it would be illegaly. I have heard they are open. If anybody else has lost noney to these people the only way you can get it back is to take them to small claims court. Or if someone in the area would start a class a law suit we could all get on it. My self i am from wisconsin and have filed for small claims court. In the mean time do not do business with these people If anyone has any info on these companys present operations.
