Hello, On June 21, I booked two double and two single ATV Motorcycle East tours from PuertoVallarta.Net based on the description from the website (see below). However, the tour did not travel along the Bay of Banderas, along any rivers, or through any rain forests. There were always rules and we never had the opportunity to "open it up." In fact, the tour guide made us stop at a restaurant to take a break and at a tequila factory for a tour, neither of which were wanted nor listed in the product description. While my entire party was very excited and looked forward to the experience, we were all very disappointed that we did not receive what we purchased. To resolve this complaint, I am requesting a refund of $214.73 USD for the cost of two single and one double ATV. Ed Gannon purchased the second double ATV. You can expect to receive a similar refund request from him. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my complaint.
