If you don't read chinese you can't contact the company

My husband ordered me a pair of UGG boots from aubootspayless.com. When they arrived, there was no paperwork in the box and all writing on the address label is in Chinese except my address. We have contacted the company four or five times on the customer service part of the web site with NO response. The boots don't fit and I seem to have no recourse. I can't exchange them nor can I wear them. Our credit card company to date has not been much help either. I would never recommend this website to anyone. Order from somebody else.

Uggs

I recently ordered what I thought was ugg boots, however once I ordered them from the site aubootspayless.com, I realized that the site was a fraud, and falsly advertises free shipping. The shipping
comes to $14.00, and an "insurance" fee of 3.50. In addition, they removed the money from my account immediataly, and sent me a false tracking e-mail.No such number existed.No phone # listed, no source of contact whatsoever; all e-mails attempted were rejected.Now, I'm out $98 and a pair of uggs.Site is SCAM!
Someone needs to turn them in.DO NOT BUY "UGGS" FROM THIS SITE!
