I was in forecloser with Aurora. I settled with the Lawyers & Aurora to the tune of $9, 307.77. They posted the check to the wrong accont, took them 3 months to get it straightened out. In that 3 months time it put me behind again in my payments. Now, once again I am in forecloser. They have horrible customer service. Instead of working with me on my mortgage they would rather send it to the sheriffs sale. Well, it didnt sell..why? Because I live in the #1 city with the highest unemployment rate. Its never gonna sell. So it will set empty! Thanks Aurora for working with me on this...It was your fault you posted that check to the wrong accont and didnt try to help one of your customers..When I say thank you..I hope each and everyone of you sleep at night knowing you work for a company that SUCKS in cumstomer service!
