Ordered an Auroralites dog collar in February of 2008 for a total of $51.00 USD. I never received the dog collar. Even now, the owner Dave Youngman continues to make excuses via email and still has not shipped the product I ordered. I have my original invoice from him as well as the several emails we exchanged where he attempted to explain why he hadn't yet shipped the dog collar. He play's to your sympathy's but eventually he just stops emailing you back. <br />

His company has an "F" rating on the Better Business Bureau's website and the last time I looked he at upwards of 23 individual complaints for non-delivery of products paid for in addition to other complaints. This guy is a massive fraud and yet he continues to defraud people everyday. I urge everyone to investigate him and other sites before buying online.
