This company was given payment in full on 2/2/11 to transport my vehicle across country from NY to TX. In short, I kept getting the run around, never received my car. It is now 4/4/11, and I still have as of yet to receive a refund as promised! I have called frequently from the beginning and left messages and have never had a return phone call (maybe just once, maybe). I have always maintained a courteous and polite manner with the representatives. The book keeper was sarcastic with me when I inquired about how soon or how quickly I'd receive my refund. I still don't have the refund. I am supposed to receive $695.00, meanwhile they are probably getting interest in the bank for having my money this long. I do not recommend anyone use this company. Their communication is very poor. I am very disapointed and upset. Of note: I was laid off back in February and the fact that my car is still on the east coast and that this company still has my money is working against us.
