Several months ago I entered a competition to win a prize on the internet. As part of the conditions I had to purchase several products. One of them was from AuctionMonster for a one-off fee of approx $55.00. Unbeknowns to me in the fine print in the terms and conditions, they could continue to charge me AUD $66.18 every month until I told them not to. I was unable to contact them on their website by email and so wrote to them at their postal address on 21/7/07 telling them to cease charging me.

They continued to charge me for July and now August. I have rung my credit card company and disputed the transactions and they are looking into it.

PS. I also saw a notice on Ebay from someone who had been burnt, warning others about this company.
