Austin Rent A Home Has An "A" Rating with the BBB
Unfortunately, Steve Shokhkomyan has the vindictive nature to write false statements about an A rated property management company with the BBB. Essentially, this landlord complained about essential rental needs like fixing a range in a low income property he owns. Austin Rent A Home follows the Texas Property Code and had to part ways with this landlord because of his unethical business practices.

Bad Property Management
Austin Rent A Home with Realm Real Estate Professionals is a dishonest, unprofessional, unethical and out right ridiculous property management company that I came across in Austin. First, it is a one man operated business and his name is David Soriano. He claims to have a crew that helps him, but that never materialized. He is a cheat and doesn't have any loyalty or regard for his investors or their money. He only does what's best for his interest. I had multiple properties with him and he failed to do proper management. I had high turn over tenant rate (60%) and bad quality with his tenant selection and placement. He doesn't do proper background check and is very amateur when it comes to property management and style. He orders and completes repair work without obtaining prior authorization per contract. He is full of excuses when you (owner) end up getting a hold of him. Otherwise, it is almost impossible to reach him. He promises to take care of things and never follows through with them. He places tenants with strong criminal and sexual offense backgrounds without notifying the landlord. Bottom line is, he is the worst property manager and stay away from his services. STAY AWAY FROM AUSTIN RENT A HOME.
