I ordered my UGG boots from them, they credit money from my account in advance, after 5 weeks I still didn't receive anything, i tried to contact the company to inquire about the status of my boots. i send Email on 18th Dec, 2009, i got the warning message:THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.

Technical details of temporary failure:

DNS Error: Could not contact DNS servers

and the website are not working any more either the phone number, and then I searched on google, find out they shut down. I am pissed.
