I took my vechicle in to have the pinion bearing replaced. They had already done my brakes for me twice and fixed my transmission ring before, so I thought they were okay. Unfortunately, the boss was away on vacation, and the person that did my work tried to scam me this time. They had quoted me $250-$300, and one day of working on it. They took two days, and when I came to pick it up they wanted over $700! I did not okay that amount in advance and was very upset. Later, I heard noises and had to take my car in to another service place, only to find out that Auto Express had done faulty work! My rear differential was about to fall off my truck! They hadn't even re-assembled it right! I had to have the other service place fix it for another $100! The staff at Auto Express would not let me speak with the manager because every time I called they said he wasn't there, and the manager did not return my calls when I left messages for him. Don't let them scam you and mess up your car too!!
