Last sunday that is on 5th morning at 6.00 am i raeched swargate pune by private transport. I took a auto to my residence which is in Prateeknagar near vishrantwadi. Before getting into the auot i told him that i will pay as per meter and the the driver agreed.when i reached my residence the Auto driver charged 190 rs for travalling 14 kms.i asked him why he charging so heavily, but he argued with me that the tarrif is changed due to rise in fuel charges.he charged me 12rs /km and 20 rs additional for luggage.I took him to near by auto stand to enquire about the fare but not a single driver came to help me and even they dint tell me the actual tarrif.However the per kilometer fare is 9 rs.The driver argued and took 190rs.Some how i could get his token no(driver identity no)124622.I dont know where to complaint about this.
