i brought my car in for an oil change and a problem with the brakes.(also my engine light was on)i brought in some coupons also, one for an oil change and another coupon for sevice.the man that wrote my order down, he took the coupons and tossed them aside.i left my car and returned several hours later to find i had a bill of $700.00.icame home and throughly looked over my bill to find that he didn't use any of the coupons.i had to work the next day so my wife went back two days (with more coupons)and spoke to the same guy at the desk, he said he couldn't do anything cause the manager was on vacation.he told to come back in couple of days.my wife returns in two days and the same guy is saying "oh we can't take a coupon now after 5days.i told himwe had the coupon on the first day.well the manager (jene)finally came out and said about the same thingand only gave my wife credit for $39.99(the diagnosis check)i"ve been going to this auto place for the last 2 years and spent over $3000.00. so i just don't think we should have been mistreated that way. david edlin
