Bought a soft top and it proved defective. At first I was encouraged with promises to "get right on it", and "we'll contact the factory right away, " and not to worry because "we've sold 5000 tops without a single problem." This went on for 12 phone calls and three months. Silly me, actually believing they were going to honor their warranty.
