Never Received My Item

Ordered my item over a month and a half ago and no information has been given whatsoever about my order. Not an email or notification of any kind. I sent many emails to the company and never heard back. Finally after repeated attempts I just contacted my credit card company and they got my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a one man operation run by Wes Youngblood. It's just a scam, please save yourself the hassle and buy from a trusted dealer. Might be a few dollars more but you get what you pay for...

NO Customer Service

DO NOT BUY from this company. They have ZERO customer support. Questions sent through their website or directly to the "customer service" email address go unanswered.

My order was so poorly packaged that it is amazing it arrived at all. Upon receipt, I found damaged parts and attempted to get a replacement through AUTOEFFEX... 2 months later I still have no response to my inquiry to them. They list NO telephone number or mailing address.

Do YOURSELF a favor and order your auto part from anyone EXCEPT autoeffex, otherwise your just throwing your money out the window.
