I ordered a steering wheel cover online from Autoeffex.com on Feb. 1st. My payment was processed on Feb 3rd. When I questioned via email where my product was on Feb 26th, I received an email giving me a UPS tracking number of which UPS had no record of, I called the company and spoke to Wes on March 1st and he said they probably lost it and would send another one out immediately and I would have it in 2 days. 5 days later, no product, I called, no answer and left a voice mail and left an email, in fact i called 7 times from march 1st to March 15th and never got a hold of an actual person nor where my calls ever returned. Finally on March 16th, Wes called me back and told me they should have processed a credit and he will start that paperwork. When i questioned the response time he told me "well you have to understand we are very busy and we have a life" !!! That was his exact quote "I have a life" can you believe that - I will be shocked if i get my credit but I plan on taking this up with my financial institute to see what i can do about canceling the payment.
