I can never understand why it is always hell for me to deal with Autohaus Centurion! I service my car with them and with the past two services I have been complaining about the brakes and they kept saying that it is just dust - and now the motorplan is finished, the car is still making that sound, and now they say the brakes need to be replaced and that I will have to pay for that.

I need to know how often brakes need to be changed on a Gti or any car for that matter, how come that was never done despite my many complaints and why now, 6000 kms after the motorplan has expired do I have to pop almost R2000 for the brakes.

This is actually a safety factor for me and I need us to come to some sort of an understanding! I am really sick and tired of being given second rate treatment - whether its because I am a woman and I am black I don't know. I am quite sure people of the opposite race & gender never have to go through all these! This is really making me sick! I have been a client of VW for about 10 years and its always a problem when it comes to servicing with Centurion and unfortunately they are the closest to me. Or it is because I always buy at Lindsay Saker Midrand?
