We sent our ECU to be rebuilt. We had to ship it back 3 times, because they sent inoperable ECUS ...none of them worked right. Spoke with several reps & were given the run-around on several occasions. We paid the original cost for rebuild, and were told we needed to send another $100 for a whole new unit. The latest unit, supposedly the 'right one' still doesn't work & no one will help us. Attempts to contact AutoLogix have been unsuccessful. We first contacted them in February, and still have need for an ECU.
We gave them credit card information to pay for the rebuild, but they said they were unable to process the payment because they had exceeded the amount they could process in one day & asked for an E-Check to be submitted. We did decline that, but did mail a paper check to them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
