I am a dealer! I warn you now about this company! First One Financial is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I did a BHPH with them; everything went well at first because they were collecting their money, when they suppose to collect my money the situation changed. For the first 3 months, the customer made payments on time, until she lost one of her jobs, and reached to 45 days late pay.
The customer came to my office and said listen, I cannot afford this anymore I will voluntary repo it. I said ok!!
I called and called First One Financial and no answer. When they answered, they transferred and transferred me from a person to another one.
The customer owes $15, 000 and they do not even answer there phones, to make a long story short, it has been 2 months of transferring calls. We are very disappointed with there services and will never do business with them again. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
