My Mother is disabled and her Dodge Durango's motor was toast. She wanted to purchase a used vehicle that was in good running condition. James a friend of my brother's was going to help her. Instead he gave her an offer on replacing the motor in her Durango. The offer was to good to pass up. Well, the motor was put in, however there were parts left off, cables gone, and the running condition of her vehicle worse than before. when job was completed, he tried to charge more money then the estimate as well. When confronted with the condition of vehicle, Mr. Hancock stated there were "minor bugs to work out". These bugs were never worked out and Mr. Hancock quit answering our calls.
