I was charged .99 for trial sample and also was charged 149.95 for this product. I did not receive this project at all. These charges are on my credit card bill. They told me that they would cancel 12.99 a month fee which I did not sign up for . Basically I was billed for a product that I did not receive and did not agree to any of their terms . They gave me a cancel number 496822. I wanted a request for refund. They said that I had to contact them within 10 days of receiving the product, however since I never received the product I couldn't cancel and they went and charged my account anyway because of not hearing from me. I feel that I should not be charged this amount because of not receiving the product and believe that I was scammed.
