my avanti dishwasher stopped working about ten months into my one year warrantee .I called the customer service department, after sitting on hold for 20 mins. someone finally picked up.I explained my problem. The person told me she would have a service company contact me.A month went by no call .So i called the service department again and they told me they had given them the wrong phone number so the service company finally came out to fix it two weeks later only to tell me they needed to order a part. Three weeks went by so i called the service company back.I was told the part was back ordered and it would take an additional thirty plus days for the part to come in. Now we are looking at thirteen plus weeks without my new dishwasher.The next thing I did was write them an E mail a week ago explaining my problem and i got no response. NO SURPRISE !!!
