A lot has changed since we first founded Avanti Pools, Inc. in 1999. But even after hundreds of quality pools and spas, we still have a passion for designing and crafting the best possible pools. We believe that everyone deserves a backyard oasis, and we will work within whatever confines you have to give you yours. Before Bernard (president of the company) knew anything about design or construction, he was an expert in the pool business. Growing up, his family ran Aquatic Pools, a successful Los Angeles pool company. He started building pools for himself in 1985, and has worked on some of the most difficult sites in the area. Bernard is a graduate of Calabasas High School and Occidental College, and is the past president of the Southern California chapter of the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals. He has also achieved the designation of CPB (Certified Building Professional) from the APSP. In his free time, Bernard is either spending time with his wife and two teenage daughters, or taking part in recrational cycling.
